I just finished reading the latest Inked Magazine (November 2021) with the homey Jessica Carter on the cover. I don’t pick up this magazine too often, especially since they stopped carrying it nearby. I usually find it saturated with a different side of tattoo culture that would be better for inspiration before getting a tattoo. It still is, but this issue seemed much deeper and even featured artist interviews in the end section. The writer put a couple contasting summary intros that made me think the magazine is reaching more than one type of artisic plateau. Although a few errors in it from an editors viewpoint, I think it’s their best issue yet.
